Mouse Fibroblast growth factor 10 (Fgf10) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Fibroblast Growth Factor 10 (FGF10), also known as Keratinocyte growth factor 2, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a tool for research in developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and disease mechanism studies. The assay is reactive with mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant mouse FGF10.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.081 ng/mL. Precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity was demonstrated across serum (109-119%, 108-117%, 92-102%, 81-93% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (107-117%, 105-115%, 81-91%, 87-99%), and heparin plasma (109-121%, 101-111%, 93-103%, 100-112%). Recovery averaged 90% (84-96%) for serum and 92% (86-98%) for plasma.

FGF10 is a secreted protein that interacts with FGFR1, FGFR2, and FGFBP1. It plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, and cell differentiation, is required for normal branching morphogenesis, and may play a role in wound healing.
