Mouse Fibrinogen Beta (FGb) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay enables measurement of mouse fibrinogen beta (FGb) chain protein in plasma samples, supporting coagulation and hemostasis research. The Assay Genie kit is provided as a complete reagent set configured for 96 assays in a microplate-based colorimetric format. Fibrinogen beta is one of three polypeptide subunits (alpha, beta, gamma) of the fibrinogen hexamer synthesized by hepatocytes, and circulating plasma levels are commonly evaluated in studies of thrombosis, vascular injury, and acute-phase inflammatory response in murine disease models. Each kit supports the standard workflow of plasma collection, standard curve preparation, sample addition, antibody binding, and substrate development, with results read against a calibrated recombinant mouse fibrinogen beta reference curve.
