Mouse Fibrinogen Beta chain ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is configured for the quantitative detection of mouse Fibrinogen Beta chain using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout. It is reactive with mouse samples and is intended for research in immunology and related areas including blood clotting and wound healing.

Key performance specifications include a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. The kit is validated for plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity in EDTA plasma (n=5) ranged from 83–101% at 1:2, 83–99% at 1:4 and 88–98% at 1:8; heparin plasma (n=5) showed 83–98%, 80–99% and 80–97% at the same dilutions. Recovery averaged 94% in EDTA plasma (range 91–99%) and 98% in heparin plasma (range 93–105%).

The procedure involves equilibration of reagents and TMB substrate, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
