Mouse Fibrinogen Alpha chain ELISA Kit

The assay procedure includes reagent and TMB substrate equilibration, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding the stop solution.
