This Assay Genie Mouse Fgl1 kit delivers a two-site quantitative immunoassay for measuring endogenous Fgl1 concentrations in murine blood-derived specimens from experimental models, including workup of serum, heparin plasma, and EDTA plasma samples. Built around a 96 Assays microplate layout, the workflow employs antibody-coated wells, a biotinylated detection reagent, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate, with results read against a standard curve generated from the calibrators supplied in individual vials.
