Mouse FGF7/KGF ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA in a double-antibody format from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF7), also known as keratinocyte growth factor (KGF), and referenced by the synonyms FGF-7 and HBGF-7. The kit supports research into FGF7's role in tissue repair and regeneration, particularly in epithelial tissues such as skin and lung, where the factor contributes to wound healing, tissue development, and cancer progression by promoting cell proliferation and migration.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Sensitivity is reported at 9.375 pg/mL with a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Dilutional linearity (1:2, 1:4, 1:8; n=5) is 94–103%, 83–96%, 87–100% for serum; 90–104%, 85–99%, 80–100% for EDTA plasma; and 85–105%, 82–99%, 80–93% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 97% (serum, range 91–104%), 96% (EDTA plasma, range 90–102%), and 93% (heparin plasma, range 86–100%). The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin (SABC), and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm, and kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
