Mouse FGF6/Fibroblast growth factor 6 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Fibroblast Growth Factor 6 (FGF6), a growth factor with roles in cell proliferation, tissue development and wound healing. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linear dilution performance (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) has been demonstrated in serum (93–104%, 88–103%, 88–100%), EDTA plasma (83–93%, 82–101%, 86–101%) and heparin plasma (82–100%, 80–97%, 85–97%). Recovery ranges were 89–98% (serum, average 92%), 85–96% (EDTA plasma, average 91%) and 86–98% (heparin plasma, average 91%).
