Mouse FGF-7 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1361)

Quantitative two-antibody immunoassay from the Assay Genie PharmaGenie range for measuring mouse fibroblast growth factor 7 (FGF-7), the paracrine epithelial mitogen also known as keratinocyte growth factor (KGF). The kit supports research into epithelial regeneration, cutaneous wound healing, hair follicle cycling, and alveolar type II pneumocyte responses in pulmonary models, where FGF-7/FGFR2b signaling drives proliferation, migration, and repair programs. Applied to cell culture supernatant and to peripheral blood fractions collected from murine models, including studies of radiation-induced tissue injury, inflammatory bowel disease, oral mucositis, and dermatitis.

Each kit is supplied as a complete set of reagents sufficient for 96 assays in a microplate-based format, with absorbance readout on a standard plate reader. Reconstituted standards and detection antibodies should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw degradation, while the working components are kept refrigerated between runs.
