Mouse Fermt3/Fermitin family homolog 3 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for quantitative detection of mouse Fermt3 (Fermitin family homolog 3). The double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout supports research applications including studies of cell adhesion, migration, and invasion pathways, areas where dysregulation of FERMT3 has been implicated in cancer and immune disorders.

The kit is validated for mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Linearity in serum (n=5) was 88-103% (1:2), 98-104% (1:4), and 92-105% (1:8); EDTA plasma (n=5) showed 89-101%, 84-97%, and 84-99% at the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n=5) showed 81-94%, 84-99%, and 84-100%. Recovery averaged 95% in serum (range 90-101%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 87-105%), and 96% in heparin plasma (range 86-103%).

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes to allow antigen binding, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months, with certain reagents specified for -20°C long-term storage.
