Mouse FBLN5/Fibulin-5 ELISA Kit

The assay procedure follows a six-step workflow: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature before loading standards, samples and controls onto the pre-coated plate; incubate the plate at 37°C for 90 minutes to allow antigen binding; add biotin-labeled detection antibody and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes; add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes; develop colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes; then add stop solution and read absorbance at 450 nm.
