Mouse Fatty Acid Transport Protein 5 (FATP5) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse FATP5, also known as SLC27A5, a liver-enriched acyl-CoA synthetase that governs hepatic fatty acid uptake and lipid homeostasis. It is intended for research use only and supports studies of metabolic disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver, and bile acid metabolism in murine models. Capture and detection antibodies are raised against mouse FATP5, and the assay accepts lysates prepared from rodent liver and other tissues. Reagents should be stored at 4°C, with the standard kept frozen at -20°C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw loss, and the pre-coated microplate is supplied ready for use. Standard workflow runs in under three hours from sample addition to stop solution.
