Mouse Fascin (Fscn1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed to quantify levels of fascin protein (Fscn1) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples.

The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Fascin, with a detection range of 0.625-40ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.33ng/mL. Fascin is an actin-binding protein that organizes filamentous actin into bundles with a minimum of 4.1:1 actin/fascin ratio, plays a role in the organization of actin filament bundles and the formation of microspikes, membrane ruffles and stress fibres, and is important for the formation of cell protrusions such as filopodia as well as for cell motility and migration.
