Mouse FAS/TNFRSF6/Apo-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1354)

The Assay Genie Mouse FAS/TNFRSF6/Apo-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Fas, a TNF-receptor superfamily death receptor that activates the extrinsic apoptosis pathway upon Fas ligand binding. Investigators apply the assay to mouse-derived specimens including cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum when probing immune homeostasis, cytotoxic T-cell activity, autoimmune disease models, hepatic inflammation, and tumor immune evasion pathways.

Reagents are supplied for a complete quantitative run using a pre-coated plate and chromogenic substrate. The kit contains a microplate, capture and detection antibodies, recombinant standards, wash and dilution buffers, and stop solution. The standard protocol pipettes 50 µL of sample per well, with absorbance read on a standard microplate reader and concentrations interpolated from a parallel standard curve.
