Mouse FAM132B ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, designed in a double-antibody format, enables quantitative measurement of FAM132B in mouse samples. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric read-out at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

FAM132B, also referred to as Erythroferrone, Myonectin, CTRP15, Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 15, Protein FAM132B, and C1QTNF15, is described in the product literature as a regulator of extracellular matrix organisation and cell adhesion, with relevance to tissue remodelling, wound healing, and tumour progression research.

Validation data supplied by Assay Genie show linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions ranging from 81–105% for serum, 82–100% for EDTA plasma, and 80–100% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery values are reported as 89–98% (average 94%) in serum, 89–102% (average 98%) in EDTA plasma, and 88–105% (average 95%) in heparin plasma.
