Mouse Ezrin (Ezr) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Ezrin in mouse samples, offered by Assay Genie. The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and detects both natural and recombinant mouse Ezrin. Readings are taken on a microplate reader set to 450 nm using a colorimetric detection method.
