Mouse Extracellular sulfatase Sulf-2 (Sulf2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the accurate detection of extracellular sulfatase Sulf-2 (Sulf2) levels in mouse samples. The kit targets natural and recombinant mouse Sulf2, an enzyme implicated in the regulation of extracellular matrix components, cell signaling pathways, and tumor progression, with dysregulation linked to conditions such as cancer, inflammation, and bone disorders. It is intended for research use only.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, the kit employs a colorimetric detection method with a reported detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Reported intra-assay CV is 6.2% and inter-assay CV is 8.5%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (86–126%), EDTA plasma (98–115%), and heparin plasma (86–114%) across serial dilutions, with average recovery of 99% (range 93–105%) for serum and 101% (range 95–107%) for plasma. At the protein level, Sulf2 exhibits arylsulfatase activity and highly specific endoglucosamine-6-sulfatase activity, removing sulfate from the C-6 position of glucosamine within specific subregions of intact heparin, and localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, Golgi stack, and cell surface.
