Mouse Extracellular matrix protein 1 (Ecm1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate measurement of ECM1 (Extracellular Matrix Protein 1) in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Sensitivity is 28.125 pg/mL with a working range of 46.875–3000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions showed 86–105%, 85–100%, and 84–99% for serum (n=5); 85–96%, 85–96%, and 80–93% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 90–104%, 84–94%, and 81–97% for heparin plasma (n=5). Mean recovery was 94% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma, and 97% for heparin plasma.

The procedure runs through six steps: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
