Mouse Estrogen-related receptor gamma (Esrrg) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for research use only, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Estrogen-related receptor gamma (Esrrg) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay has a reported detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.176ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 5.2% and inter-assay CV of 7.6%.

Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant mouse Estrogen-related receptor gamma. Recovery has been validated at 95% (range 89-101%) for serum and 97% (range 91-103%) for plasma, and linearity assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.

Esrrg is an orphan nuclear receptor that localises to the nucleus and acts as a transcription activator in the absence of bound ligand, binding estrogen response elements and inducing PERM1 expression in skeletal muscle. Dysregulation has been linked to metabolic disorders, cancer and neurodegenerative conditions, supporting its relevance as a biomarker for epigenetics research.
