Mouse Estrogen receptor (Esr1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse estrogen receptor (Esr1) in research samples. It targets mouse Esr1, also known by the synonyms ER-alpha, Estradiol receptor, Nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group A member 1, ER, Esr, Estr, Estra and Nr3a1. The assay uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method and is reactive with mouse samples, validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Estrogen receptor and is for research use only.

The kit offers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.157ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (N=5) at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions (100-113%, 94-107%, 81-92% and 103-112%), in EDTA plasma (N=5) at the same dilutions (86-94%, 84-94%, 82-92% and 110-120%) and in heparin plasma (N=5) at the same dilutions (105-116%, 88-100%, 96-106% and 104-115%). Average recovery is 92% (range 86-98%) for serum and 94% (range 88-100%) for plasma.
