Mouse Estrogen receptor beta (Esr2) ELISA Kit

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.176ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.9% and inter-assay CV is 8.9%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with recovery averages of 100% for serum and 102% for plasma.

Estrogen receptor beta is a nuclear hormone receptor that binds estrogens with affinity similar to ESR1 (ER-alpha) and activates expression of reporter genes containing estrogen response elements in an estrogen-dependent manner.
