Mouse Erythrocyte membrane protein band 4.2 (Epb42) ELISA Kit

Also referred to as Erythrocyte protein 4.2 or Epb4.2, Epb42 is a cytoskeletal protein located in the erythrocyte membrane that is thought to play an important role in the regulation of erythrocyte shape and mechanical properties. Alterations in EPB42 levels have been associated with blood disorders including hemolytic anemia and hereditary spherocytosis, making it a useful biomarker for research into these conditions.
