This quantitative immunoassay kit from Assay Genie measures mouse Endoplasmic Reticulum To Nucleus Signalling 1 (ERN1), the ER-resident IRE1α kinase/endoribonuclease that initiates the unfolded protein response and splices XBP1 mRNA. Packaged for 96 determinations, the reagents include a precoated microtitre plate, lyophilised recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution, together with a printed protocol.
