Mouse Epstein Barr Virus Induced Protein 3 (EBI3) ELISA Kit

EBI3 (Epstein-Barr virus-induced protein 3) is a secreted cytokine subunit that pairs with p28 to form IL-27 and with p35 to form IL-35, two heterodimeric signals active across mouse T-helper, regulatory T-cell, and myeloid compartments. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative measurement of mouse EBI3 in research models of Th17 differentiation, autoimmune inflammation, infectious-disease challenge, and tumor-microenvironment studies where IL-27/IL-35 signalling has been implicated. The kit is supplied as a microplate-format covering 96 individual assays, with pre-coated capture strips, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated recombinant standards, chromogen substrate, and stop reagent. Aliquots of reconstituted standard are recommended for single-use storage to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the kit should be kept refrigerated between runs to preserve capture-antibody activity.
