Mouse Ephrin type-B receptor 4 (Ephb4) ELISA Kit

Specificity is stated for natural and recombinant mouse EphB4. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with mean recovery of 80% (range 80–86) for serum and 82% (range 80–88) for plasma.

EphB4 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that, with its ligand EFNB2, plays a central role in heart morphogenesis and angiogenesis by regulating cell adhesion and cell migration. It is a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt P54761) with a molecular weight of 108,848 Da, and is also known by the synonyms Developmental kinase 2, Hepatoma transmembrane kinase, Tyrosine kinase MYK-1, mDK-2, Htk, Mdk2 and Myk1.
