Mouse Ephrin B2 (EFNB2) ELISA Kit

Ephrin B2 (EFNB2) is a membrane-tethered ligand that engages Eph receptor tyrosine kinases and propagates bidirectional signaling during embryonic vascular patterning, axon guidance, and tissue boundary formation.

Investigators quantify EFNB2 protein in murine specimens to dissect developmental angiogenesis, tumor neovascularization, blood-brain barrier function, and synaptic plasticity.
