Mouse Ephrin-A3 (Efna3) ELISA Kit

Ephrin-A3 is a cell surface GPI-bound ligand for Eph receptors, a family of receptor tyrosine kinases important for migration, repulsion and adhesion during neuronal, vascular and epithelial development, where it binds promiscuously Eph receptors on adjacent cells to drive contact-dependent bidirectional signaling. The protein localises to the cell membrane via a GPI-anchor and has been reported to interact with EPHA8, activating it.
