Mouse Endothelin-3/EDN3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the detection of Endothelin-3 (EDN3) levels in mouse samples. It is a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich assay intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL.

Validated linearity in serum (n=5) is reported as 88-103% at 1:2, 91-105% at 1:4 and 87-100% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) as 82-101%, 85-94% and 83-92% at the same dilutions; and in heparin plasma (n=5) as 80-99%, 86-100% and 81-96%. Mean recovery is 94% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.
