Mouse Endosulfine Alpha (ENSa) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Endosulfine Alpha (ENSa) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of endogenous ENSA protein in mouse tissue homogenates and experimental samples. Endosulfine Alpha is a cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein that acts as a selective endogenous activator of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1), with established roles in pancreatic beta-cell KATP channel modulation, insulin secretion, and mitotic entry through phosphorylation by MASTL/Greatwall kinase. This kit supports research into glucose homeostasis, beta-cell physiology, cell-cycle progression, and oncology models where ENSA regulation is implicated.
