Mouse Elastase 2, Neutrophil (ELA2) ELISA Kit

Neutrophil elastase is a serine protease released from azurophilic granules of activated neutrophils during inflammatory responses, and the Mouse Elastase 2 (ELA2) ELISA from Assay Genie provides a quantitative colorimetric assay for measuring this biomarker in murine specimens. ELA2 is studied in research models of acute lung injury, emphysema, sepsis, and chronic inflammatory disease, where circulating levels serve as an indicator of neutrophil degranulation and tissue proteolytic activity.
