Mouse EGR2 ELISA Kit

A colourimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mouse Early Growth Response Protein 2 (EGR2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody format delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

EGR2 is a transcription factor that regulates gene expression and cellular differentiation, with roles in myelination, immune response, and peripheral nerve development. Dysregulation of EGR2 has been linked to autoimmune disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for research into these conditions and potential therapeutic targets. The kit falls within the Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling research area.

Spike-and-recovery performance across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma is reported with average recoveries of 96%, 94%, and 96% respectively, and linearity is demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for each matrix. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
