Mouse EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor-like 1 (Emr1) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor-like 1 (EMR1). The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and detects natural and recombinant mouse EMR1. EMR1 is a multi-pass membrane protein implicated in immune responses, inflammation, leukocyte recruitment and activation, and cell-cell interactions, making it a relevant biomarker for immunology research.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.091 ng/mL. Precision is given as an intra-assay CV of 5.0% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%. Linearity data (N=5) covers serum (115-125% at 1:2; 97-108% at 1:4; 85-95% at 1:8; 88-98% at 1:16), EDTA plasma (89-99%; 90-100%; 87-96%; 97-107%) and heparin plasma (84-93%; 99-112%; 110-120%; 106-116%). Recovery averages 89% in serum (range 83-95%) and 91% in plasma (range 85-97%).
