Mouse EGF (Epidermal growth factor) CLIA Kit (MOES00022)

The Mouse EGF Chemiluminescence Immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of epidermal growth factor in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids using a 96-well microplate format. Epidermal growth factor is a 6.2 kDa polypeptide that stimulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration, making it a relevant biomarker in wound healing, oncology, and developmental biology research. The CLIA workflow uses 50-100 μL of sample per well, with luminescent signal captured on a luminometer and concentrations interpolated against a standard curve. Reagents should be stored refrigerated at 2-8 °C to preserve antibody binding activity, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of standards should be avoided. This kit is configured for in vitro research use only and includes pre-coated plate wells, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate.
