Mouse EED (Embryonic Ectoderm Development) ELISA Kit (MOES00983)

The Assay Genie Mouse EED sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of Embryonic Ectoderm Development protein in mouse serum, plasma and biological fluids using a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. EED is a core subunit of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) that partners with EZH2 to deposit H3K27me3 marks, silencing developmental loci and regulating X-inactivation, genomic imprinting and hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal. Aberrant EED expression has been linked to lymphoma and prostate tumorigenesis, supporting oncology, developmental biology and chromatin studies. The 96-well microplate format delivers up to 96 assays per run, with all reagents supplied in a complete kit for in vitro research use only. Store unused strips at 2-8°C, protect from light, and limit freeze-thaw cycles of the standard to maintain calibration integrity. Sample volume is typically 100 µl per well with an assay time of approximately 3.5 hours.
