Linearity values across the 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions are 90-105%, 82-101%, and 84-98% for serum (n=5); 93-101%, 83-91%, and 88-100% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 86-104%, 85-101%, and 81-93% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery averages 96% for serum (range 92-104%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 85-105%), and 99% for heparin plasma (range 91-105%). Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
