Mouse ECM1/Extracellular matrix protein 1 ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit uses a sandwich, double-antibody configuration with colorimetric detection to quantify mouse Extracellular Matrix Protein 1 (ECM1). The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a stated sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL and a working range of 46.875-3000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The protocol uses a pre-coated plate, a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), and TMB substrate developed for absorbance reading at 450 nm. Reported linearity for serum at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 86-105%, 85-100%, and 84-99%; EDTA plasma 85-96%, 85-96%, and 80-93%; heparin plasma 90-104%, 84-94%, and 81-97%. Recovery ranges and averages are 86-105% (94%) for serum, 86-99% (92%) for EDTA plasma, and 87-105% (97%) for heparin plasma.
