The Assay Genie Mouse ECM1 CLIA Kit provides a chemiluminescence-based immunoassay for quantitative measurement of Extracellular Matrix Protein 1 in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. ECM1 is a secreted glycoprotein implicated in angiogenesis, fibroblast proliferation, epidermal differentiation, and connective tissue homeostasis, and altered circulating levels have been reported in models of skin disease, tumor progression, and inflammatory disorders.

The assay is supplied as a complete 96-well microplate kit with pre-coated plates, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, and chemiluminescent substrates, supporting a standard sandwich ELISA workflow. Typical sample volume is 50–100 ul per well, and the assay detects concentrations across a broad dynamic range, generally from low pg/ml up to mid-ng/ml values. Reconstituted reagents and unused strips should be stored at 2–8 degrees C, while long-term storage of standards and concentrated detection antibody at -20 degrees C is recommended; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
