The assay is validated for reactivity with mouse and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, supporting research in cell biology and studies of protein stability, degradation, and ubiquitin-proteasome system function.

The kit provides a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, with components kept at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity across serum (86–105%), EDTA plasma (82–101%), and heparin plasma (80–98%) has been confirmed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5), while recovery averages range from 90% in heparin plasma and 97% in serum to 99% in EDTA plasma.
