Mouse E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase AMFR (Amfr) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of natural and recombinant mouse E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase AMFR (Amfr) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is reactive with mouse samples and operates across a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.312 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 6.8% CV and inter-assay precision is 8.1% CV.

AMFR, also known as Autocrine motility factor receptor, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase AMFR, or AMF receptor, is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that mediates the polyubiquitination of substrates including CD3D, CYP3A4, CFTR and APOB for proteasomal degradation. It functions within the VCP/p97-AMFR/gp78 complex in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) and has been linked to tumor invasion and metastasis, supporting its relevance to cancer research.

Linearity has been validated across serum (104-113%, 89-101%, 116-125%, 97-107% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (112-122%, 104-114%, 97-106%, 110-120%) and heparin plasma (91-101%, 106-116%, 83-93%, 90-99%). Recovery averages are 96% for serum (range 90-102%) and 98% for plasma (range 92-104%). The product is intended for research use only.
