Mouse E-Selectin/CD62E ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Mouse E-Selectin/CD62E ELISA Kit is a high-sensitivity sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of E-Selectin (CD62E) in mouse research samples. E-Selectin is a cell adhesion molecule that mediates leukocyte adhesion to the endothelium during inflammation, and elevated levels have been associated with inflammatory and vascular diseases, making it a relevant biomarker for immunological and vascular research.

Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Unopened kits are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

Reported performance characteristics include linearity in serum (90-105%, 82-99%, 89-98%), EDTA plasma (87-101%, 88-100%, 83-100%) and heparin plasma (85-104%, 83-100%, 83-100%) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, together with spike-and-recovery ranges of 89-103% (average 95%) in serum, 89-103% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-99% (average 91%) in heparin plasma.
