Mouse E-Cadherin PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1340)

Quantitative ELISA reagent from Assay Genie for the measurement of mouse E-cadherin (also called CDH1 or uvomorulin), a 120 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that mediates calcium-dependent adhesion between epithelial cells. E-cadherin expression is widely monitored in studies of epithelial-mesenchymal transition, tumor invasion, tissue morphogenesis, and barrier function, where changes in shedding or surface levels serve as informative readouts.

The PharmaGenie reagent includes a pre-coated microplate and the components needed to quantify mouse E-cadherin in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum using a colorimetric readout. It supports workflows in epithelial biology, oncology, and regenerative medicine research, including in vitro wound healing and invasion assays. The 96 assays format accommodates medium-throughput studies and the kit is shipped refrigerated for research use only.
