Mouse E-Cadherin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the quantitative measurement of E-Cadherin in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double antibody Sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection, with a reported sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a detection range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. Linearity data across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) shows serum at 88-105%, 89-103% and 86-94%; EDTA plasma at 82-96%, 86-99% and 84-99%; and heparin plasma at 80-100%, 80-99% and 80-95%. Recovery values are 88-105% (average 98%) for serum, 87-102% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma and 85-104% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The kit, which targets the protein referenced under Uniprot P09803, is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
