Mouse Dynamin 1/DNM1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this double-antibody Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of dynamin-1 (DNM1) in mouse samples. Dynamin-1 is a GTPase enzyme involved in endocytosis, membrane budding, and synaptic vesicle recycling, and its dysregulation has been implicated in neurological disorders such as epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease.

The assay has a sensitivity of 23.438 pg/mL and a detection range of 39.063-2500 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a colorimetric detection method. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity has been validated in serum (88-104%, 85-101%, 87-104% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 dilutions), EDTA plasma (82-89%, 84-99%, 82-98%), and heparin plasma (80-96%, 85-100%, 80-99%). Recovery rates average 98% for serum (88-104% range), 91% for EDTA plasma (86-98% range), and 96% for heparin plasma (87-105% range).
