Mouse Dual Specificity Phosphatase 1 (DUSP1) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA kit quantitatively measures endogenous mouse Dual Specificity Phosphatase 1 to support research into MAPK pathway regulation using a standard microplate-based workflow. DUSP1, widely known by the alias MKP-1, is a dual-specificity threonine and tyrosine phosphatase that dephosphorylates and inactivates p38 MAPK, JNK, and ERK1/2, functioning as an essential feedback brake on stress-activated kinase cascades in immune, neuronal, and epithelial cells.

Configured as a 96-assay kit for in vitro research use only, the reagents are supplied with pre-coated microplate wells, a labelled detection antibody, calibrated reference standards, and a chromogenic substrate for absorbance-based readout on a standard plate reader.
