Mouse Dtk PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1339)

Quantitative measurement of mouse Dtk (Tyro3), a TAM-family receptor tyrosine kinase involved in apoptotic cell clearance, innate immune regulation, and neural development, is supported by this 96-assay ELISA kit from Assay Genie. The kit accepts cell culture supernatants and other experimental specimens from mouse studies, enabling soluble Dtk concentrations to be quantified across treatment and control groups. Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detector antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, enzyme substrate, stop solution, and a set of reference standards calibrated to the included plate.
