Mouse DPD/Deoxypyridinoline ELISA Kit

This competitive ELISA from Assay Genie, coated with antigen, is intended for the quantitative measurement of Mouse DPD/Deoxypyridinoline in mouse samples. The double-antigen sandwich format uses a pre-coated microplate: standards or appropriately diluted samples are added so that target antibodies bind the immobilized antigen, then a biotin-labeled antigen forms a sandwich complex, followed by HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm and is directly proportional to analyte concentration as determined from a standard curve.

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 1.875 ng/mL with an assay range of 3.125-200 ng/mL. Linearity for serum (n=10) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 89-104%, 91-104% and 86-102%; EDTA plasma (n=10) was 83-100%, 83-97% and 82-97%; heparin plasma (n=10) was 87-95%, 83-98% and 83-95%. Recovery averages were 96% for serum (range 85-104%, n=10), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 86-102%, n=10) and 95% for heparin plasma (range 85-105%, n=10).

The kit should be stored sealed at 2-8°C; cryopreservation is not recommended.
