Mouse DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 3 (Dnajb3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 3 (Dnajb3), also known by the synonyms Heat shock protein J3, MSJ-1, HSJ-3, DnaJ protein homolog 3, Hsj3, and Msj1. The kit uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method and detects both natural and recombinant mouse Dnajb3. It is intended for research use only, and the target is annotated as a protein that may operate as a co-chaperone of the male germ cell- and haploid stage-specific Hsp70 proteins.

Quantitative performance includes a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 42.5pg/mL, with an intra-assay coefficient of variation of 6.9% and an inter-assay coefficient of variation of 8.8%. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions: serum recovers at 108-117% (1:2), 104-112% (1:4), 101-113% (1:8) and 99-109% (1:16); EDTA plasma at 101-110% (1:2), 109-120% (1:4), 90-100% (1:8) and 93-102% (1:16); and heparin plasma at 107-117% (1:2), 103-112% (1:4), 97-106% (1:8) and 95-108% (1:16). Spike-and-recovery averages 103% in serum (range 97-109%) and 105% in plasma (range 99-111%).
