Mouse DNA replication factor Cdt1 (Cdt1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of Cdt1 levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is reactive with mouse material and validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant mouse DNA replication factor Cdt1. Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.168ng/mL, with reported intra-assay and inter-assay CV values of 0.0%. Linearity across dilutions 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was measured at 91-103%, 107-115%, 103-113% and 91-100% for serum (N=5); 81-93%, 106-115%, 81-90% and 108-118% for EDTA plasma (N=5); and 83-93%, 90-90%, 105-115% and 107-117% for Heparin plasma (N=5). Spike-and-recovery values averaged 80% (range 80-80%) for both serum and plasma. Cdt1 is described as a key regulator of DNA replication that is required for both DNA replication and mitosis, functioning as a licensing factor that cooperates with CDC6 and the origin recognition complex during G1 phase to load the MCM complex onto DNA, with dysregulation linked to cancer and developmental disorders.
