Mouse DNA nucleotidylexotransferase (Dntt) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse DNA nucleotidylexotransferase (DNTT) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse DNA nucleotidylexotransferase with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL, and is reactive with mouse samples only.

DNTT, also known as terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase, terminal addition enzyme, TDT or Tdt, is a template-independent DNA polymerase that catalyses the random addition of deoxynucleoside 5'-triphosphate to the 3'-end of a DNA initiator. It plays a role in DNA repair and recombination processes, and one of its in vivo functions is the addition of nucleotides at the junction (N region) of rearranged Ig heavy chain and T-cell receptor gene segments during the maturation of B- and T-cells. The enzyme is localised to the nucleus and is referenced under UniProt accession P09838. This kit is for research use only.
