Mouse Dkk-2/Dickkopf-related protein 2 ELISA Kit

The kit from Assay Genie operates on a double-antibody principle with a detection range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL, providing reproducible measurement of this key regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. Validated linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls within 85–104% for serum, 84–101% for EDTA plasma, and 83–96% for heparin plasma. The protocol comprises a 37°C primary incubation for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate colour development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
