Mouse Disks large homolog 4 (Dlg4) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Disks large homolog 4 (DLG4), also referred to as Postsynaptic density protein 95, Synapse-associated protein 90, PSD-95, SAP-90, Dlgh4, and Psd95. The kit reacts with mouse samples and is intended for research use only, supporting investigation of DLG4 in synaptic plasticity, neuronal development, and neurological disorders such as schizophrenia, autism, and Alzheimer's disease.

The assay uses an ELISA detection method with a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.088 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is 6.2% CV and inter-assay precision is 8.1% CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (N=5) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 with recoveries of 83–93%, 94–104%, 87–97% and 102–111%; in EDTA plasma (N=5) at 100–110%, 102–111%, 108–116% and 94–103%; and in heparin plasma (N=5) at 104–112%, 109–120%, 106–116% and 105–115%. Average recovery is 102% (range 96–108%) in serum and 104% (range 98–110%) in plasma.
